Slipring Korea

This is the tip of using slip rings and precautious.

     1. Precautious

• Do not disassemble the bolts. Especially, socket head cap screw M5 bolt.

• For the installation, do not fix the bolt of stator side but fix it with some space.

• Do not use it over 60℃

• Install slip rings without any impact and vibration.

• Do not make it wet.

• Do not use it over the rated capacity.

    1. Expediency

• When it needed to be disassembled, screw CS M4 bolt and remove Rotor cap first. After that, pick the housing up to do quick repairing.

• If there is a noise, wipe it with alcohol after disassemble it.

• If the communication cut, check the wire.

  If the wire is bent or out of the slip rings, fix it.

  Please contact us if it has been cut.

• If there is a strange sound, apply grease for electrical current only, not the general grease.

• If the products are wet, remove the water by air and make the internal dry.

(Do not use slip rings anymore if those are wet)

• When some sparks occurred, off the power and contact with an expert.
