Please refer to the below items before you request repairing.
※Repairing Policy
Free warranty will be 1year from factory releasing. It can be repaired at cost, if the defect caused by user even if the slipring is under warranty.
(e.g careless handling,damage and broken by user's fault, intentional re-assembling or repairing, used over the required specs, discard serial label and the slipring)
1.Check the release date.
Ex) 170604 xxx
If it has been produced 1year before , it can be repaired at cost.
2. Check outward
If the bolts loose or the product was damaged, it will be charged for repairing even if it is under warranty.
3. Check damaged wire
In case, the sheath of the cable has peeled off, electrical problem will be caused.
4. Registration of repairing
First, please inform us the abnormalities of the products via email including who in charge of and contact number.
And then, call us for that.
5. If you want us to receive the product you sent earlier, please deliver it via Kyungdong cargo which is domestic agency.
